Three of the new locations serve the Rockford area, creating a new distribution territory for the company, while new locations in Oak Park and Libertyville further expand the company’s footprint in the greater Chicagoland area.
In Rockford, the new regional headquarters is located at 6248 Mulford Village Drive, while 2 convenient pickup locations are inside the UW Health Riverfront YMCA and the Northeast Family YMCA in Loves Park. The new Oak Park location is a brick-and-mortar store, located at 944 S Oak Park Ave, while the new Libertyville location is a satellite location where meal pickup is available inside the Centre Club at 200 W Golf Road.

Customers can pick up their meals on Mondays and Thursdays at the following times:
- Rockford Headquarters: 2:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m.
- Rockford UW Health Riverfront YMCA: 12:00 p.m. to 10:00 p.m.
- Loves Park Northeast Family YMCA: 12:00 p.m. to 10:00 p.m.
- Oak Park: 2:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m.
- Libertyville: 5:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m.
Seattle Sutton’s Healthy Eating offers several flexible meal options, including its structured 1,200-calorie and 2,000-calorie meal plans, available as four-day or seven-day plans. Customers can also choose the company’s popular Choose Your Own Meals program, which allows them to mix and match any 8 to 12 meals on that week's menu.
Orders for Thursday pickup must be placed by midnight on Monday, while orders for Monday pickup must be placed by midnight on Thursday. Customers may place orders online at any time or contact the customer support team for assistance at 1-800-442-3438 by 7:00 p.m. before the ordering deadline.
